In addition my company has 3 other offices, Palatine, Lake Zurich and Algonquin with over 100 agents strong servicing the Northwest Suburbs. I am an ASP Realtor and member of the IAHSP which is the Internation Association of Home Staging Professionals. I earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and my CNHS (Certified New Home Speicialist). I most recently received certificaiton as an SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure). - The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
- Loyalty to clients; Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
- Cooperation with competitors;
- Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
- To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. I am a Full Time Broker. My dedication and attention to detail are very important to me. I am also an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) My knowledge in the building of new homes can be very helpful in offering ideas and recommendations to my clients. I received my SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure) Designation in order to assist homeowners in the current market. Barb was recently feature on ABC's 20/20, CBS's The Early Show, NBC's The Today Show, and CBS's Evening News. She is the author of "How To List And Sell Residential Real Estate Successfully" . She has written numerous books and articles on the subject of Staging and selling your home for top dollar. I am proud to have been personally trained by Barb and have received my ASP designation.
